If you experience an issue with manufacturing or craftsmanship within 1 year of purchasing, we will provide you with a new frame at no cost to you.

*[This warranty does not cover: scratches on sun lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear.

Please allow up to 1-3 business days to process your order once your payment is received and cleared. Once shipped orders are usually delivered within 1-5 business days depending on your shipping location and shipping method.

*We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your return label. Returns sent after this window may be declined.

NOTE: BLACK FRIDAY/ CYBER WEEK SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. To provide flexibility while maintaining efficiency in our operations, we offer a 24-hour cancellation window for all orders placed on our website.

Cancellation Terms:

• Full Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Cancellations must be requested before the order has been processed or shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
To start an exchange, you can contact us at help@moirecelon.com. Please let us know which item you'd like to exchange for when contacting us. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
